Arts in Medicine at GROW HUB

GROW HUB employee, Sarah, is sitting at a table and decorating a terracotta pot with glass circles.

GROW HUB is a local non-profit where adults of all abilities can find meaningful work.

GROW HUB Artmaking for Employees

Visual artists from the UF Health Shands Arts in Medicine team partner with GROW HUB to provide craft-based art-making workshops that produce a piece of art that the participants can then sell.

From large scale, handmade tie-dyed designs, to painted artworks on canvas and wood panels, the artmakers at GROW HUB are guided through the activity to create a product that they can either take home or sell to support themselves.
