GROW HUB is a local non-profit where adults of all abilities can find meaningful work. Visual artists from the Arts in Medicine team partner with GROW HUB to provide craft-based artmaking workshops that produce a unique piece of art that the participants can then sell. Criser Cancer Resource Center Art Exhibits

AIM hosts monthly revolving art exhibits in our public space. Featured artists are those who have been touched by a health crisis or who are working in the health care system.

The HeART Wall

A love letter to Gainesville, from Gainesville! The HeART Wall is a 200-foot-long permanent mosaic installation adjacent to Depot Park in Gainesville, FL. It is made of over 2,500 mosaic hearts made by Gainesville locals who joined Arts in Medicine and lead artist Sarah Hinds in a series of workshops held from November 2023 to May 2024. Veterans Programs

Veteran artists meet bi-weekly at the UF Wilmot Gardens to create art inspired by the natural world. Facilitated by Arts in Medicine artist Kris Sullivan, the group works with a variety of mediums and has been meeting regularly since 2009. Many of the veterans also participate in Horticulture Therapy offerings provided by the gardens.
