January 10, 2024 – Episode 110 of Shift Change features a thought-provoking interview between Jernie and Rayvon Rollins about the song “So Alive” that he wrote in collaboration with the Sidney Lanier students. Hosted by Michael Claytor, this week’s Music as Medicine comes from Rayvon Rollins. Flow and Tell this week brings us another collaboration between Rayvon Rollins and Ricky Kendall, this time presenting their song “Inner Light”.
