Mindfulness & Relaxation Videos

Gentle Movement Videos

Relax and connect with the body through gentle movement exercises known as tai chi, qigong, and yoga. Tai chi is a meditative series of movements that brings the focus to balance and breathing. Qigong is gentle exercise related to tai chi, also focusing on the breath and balance. Yoga is a series of movements also intended to bring awareness to the body through postures, meditation, and breath work.

All practices below can benefit one’s health and well-being, however if you experience discomfort while following the movements or breathing patterns stop practicing and return your focus to the natural flow of the breath.
