Artful Life: Art-based Workshops for Teens

Artful Life flyer

‘Artful Life’ was a free 6-week series of art workshops for teens aged 15–17 who want to create art together and explore their creativity, all while supporting their overall well-being. The workshops were led by professional musicians, visual artists, dancers, and yoga and mindfulness practitioners from UF Health Shands Arts in Medicine. As part of the program, teens were asked to share their thoughts on how the workshops are going, how effective the activities are, and if there was anything else they’d like in the future. This feedback is important for improving future workshops. Giving feedback was completely voluntary.
