Seniors on the Move – assist Dancer in Residence with facilitating a vibrant community-based dance and movement class designed to promote health, joy, and connection among older adults, particularly seniors of color within the Gainesville Duval community. The class combines gentle movement, rhythmic expression, and culturally relevant music to encourage physical activity, social interaction, and overall well-being.
