Why Arts in Medicine?
Since obtaining my yoga certification, I have been striving to find a meaningful outlet for my practice beyond breathwork and mobility for athletes. Through Arts in Medicine, I hope to bring calm and comfort to those I meet. I look forward to sharing the value that can be found with breathing, meditation, and gentle movement, and I’m so honored to have the opportunity to improve the quality of life for people with varying abilities.
