We are excited to receive your contribution to the Seeds & Starts initiative. Whether you were there in the early days of the Arts in Medicine program, or have memories to share from your time with us, we invite you to be part of this living archive.

  • By virtue of submitting your story, you agree to Arts in Medicine using it on our website, social media platforms, and various media outlets.
  • Contributions must align with UF Health Shands AIM’s current mission, vision, and values in order to be featured.
  • No edits will be made by our team. Check for any typos before submitting your story.
  • Whether you are or were a patient, care partner, healthcare provider, staff member, artist, and beyond, we want to hear from you!
