Arts in Medicine is excited to announce a new music workshop for Seniors in the Alachua County area!
Join musician in residence Cathy DeWitt for a 6-week songwriting and music-making workshop series. The workshops will be welcoming to all songwriting skill levels – no experience required!
The group will gather every Monday October 12th-November 16th (6 sessions) from 2:30-3:30pm at the Senior Recreation Center of Alachua County (5701 NW 34th Blvd)
Workshops will offer:
- creative writing
- memory sharing
- songwriting techniques
- social interaction
- singing optional!
