Dance for Life
Day/Time: Wednesdays 2:45pm-3:45pm
Location: Hybrid options now available! – Participants have the option to attend class at the Senior Recreation Center (5701 NW 34th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32653) OR virtually via Zoom
Dance for MS
Day/Time: Fridays 11am-12pm
Location: Participants will join on Zoom

Dance for Life
Wednesdays: 2:45pm-3:45pm
Dance for Life is a free weekly dance class for people with a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease (PD) and their significant others. The program is designed to help people with PD improve their quality of life through enhanced overall physical well-being, social interaction, creative expression, and targeted improvements in balance, strength, and mobility.

Dance for MS
Fridays: 11am-12pm
Dance for MS is a free, weekly dance class designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis and their caregivers and/or loved ones. This class, a collaborative effort among UF dancers, neurologists and individuals with MS, explores how movement can directly benefit those with MS through improving physical and social well-being. No previous dance experience required.
