Unlimited: A creative response to living with ALS

In Unlimited – A creative response to living with ALSartists Sandra Murphy-Pak and Michel Rae Varisco each create work in response to the impact that ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) has on their lives. Murphy-Pak’s journey creating art without the use of her hands has led her to explore bold colors and forms that reflect her inner universe; while Varisco’s caregiving journey led her to an expressive pictorial language composed of vibrant small-scale patterns and symbols. This exhibit is on display at the Harn Museum of Art June 27, 2017 through September 10, 2017.
