“Every person is a writer, and every writer deserves a safe environment in which to experiment, learn, and develop craft.” ~ Pat Schneider
On the first Thursday of each month, a group of UF Health artists and staff meet to write. During each workshop, Writer in Residence, Dylan Klempner presents a creative prompt. Everyone writes for twenty minutes or so, then reads the work aloud. Group members have a chance to respond to each other’s writing using the Amherst Writers and Artists workshop method fully described in Pat Schneider’s book, Writing Alone and With Others. UF Health staff members are welcome to join. Contact Dylan Klempner at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
