MBSR’s six week program offers:

  • Mindfulness meditation instruction
  • Introductory mindful yoga
  • Evidence-based tools for anxiety, depression, & promoting happiness
  • Group dialogue
  • Daily homework assignments
  • 4 CDs and a practice manual

This program is approved for 19 continuing education contact hours for Nurses, LMHCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs.

Course Fee

  • $165 for UF Health staff
  • $230 for non-staff
